The corporate website of a road company working since 1968: services, machinery and transparency
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Since 1968, S.A. “Drumuri-Strășeni” has maintained the local public roads in the Strășeni, Călărași and Ungheni districts.
The company has its own machinery and an asphalt plant. The site presents its services, machinery and history, together with the documents and transparency information a joint-stock company must publish.
The site is live at drumuristraseni.md.
CHALLENGES
Many documents to publish, while people want a service or a contact quickly.
Besides the services (road repair, snow clearing, machinery for the community), the site had to keep public notices, procurement, transparency reports, the integrity plan and the gift register in order.
All of it had to be easy to find, on computers and on phones.
SOLUTIONS
A clear multi-level menu and a page for each kind of information.
We organised the site into four areas: about us (organisation chart, statute, certificate), notices, useful information (anti-corruption, procurement, reports, machinery) and contacts. Documents are published as PDFs, and the machinery rates have their own page.
The home page shows the history, services and machinery, then the partner institutions: the Public Property Agency, the district councils and town halls in the area, the International Road Federation and the Technical University of Moldova.
RESULT
The company has a website worthy of its more than 50 years of work, with its public information kept up to date.
