The website of a medical centre in Chișinău, with online booking in three languages
ABOUT THE PROJECT
A new medical centre in Chișinău needed a website that shows patients, within seconds, that they are in good hands, and lets them book without long phone calls.
We built the whole site: design, code, copy and SEO. Patients find the services, the doctors and the opening hours, read health articles and book online, by phone or on WhatsApp.
The clinic's team changes all the content themselves from an admin panel: doctors, services, news, gallery, opening hours and contact details.
CHALLENGES
For a clinic, trust matters more than any visual effect.
The site had to feel warm and bright rather than cold and clinical, work perfectly on phones, where most patients search, and speak Romanian, Russian and English.
At the same time, it had to show up on Google for searches like “gynaecologist Chișinău” or “pregnancy ultrasound”, without the clinic's team needing any technical skills.
SOLUTIONS
A fast, clear site, built for phones and for Google.
On phones, the call and WhatsApp buttons are always at hand in a fixed bar at the bottom. Doctors come first, with large photos, every service has its own page, and the contact page has a map and landmarks.
For Google: separate addresses for each language, an automatic sitemap, structured data for the clinic, the doctors and the articles, and articles written around what patients search for. The admin panel is protected and the data is backed up automatically every day.
RESULT
The clinic now has a site it runs by itself, in three languages, ready for patients and for Google.
